Refund policy
Orders can be cancelled or modified only prior to fulfillment. Product refunds do not include shipping costs.
Shipment Processing Time: Orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Shipping speeds at checkout are based on the time your order leaves our facility, not when the order is placed. All items have a handling time of 2–5 business days before shipping. Some items may be longer. Overnight shipping applies once the package is picked up by the carrier, not from the time the order is placed. Custom orders/special orders will be shipped after production. Production items are made to order. To ensure quality and specification please allow to a 1–2-week lead time, Rim and tire orders may take up to 3-4 weeks to ship from our Dropship company. Business hours are 8am to 330 pm, Mon-Fri. You will a receive shipping confirmation email when your order has been fulfilled which will include tracking. Tracking may not be updated until after carrier pick up which is 345pm Mon-Fri. Items that are on back order will be shipped out as soon as they become available. Your transit time is not reflective of the shipping time. Please check your tracking information with the carrier prior to inquiring with Ameratrail. New, Unused items may be returned within 30 days of receiving your order for a full product refund. Parts must be packaged safely for return shipment. You will need to contact Ameratrail Shipping Department for a Return Materials Authorization prior to returning any items. Orders returned without prior authorization may not be issued credit.
Returns will not be accepted for the following reasons: Custom / Cut to Length Orders, Special Orders, Custom Products, Partial Kits or Sets, Modified Parts, Any Parts with Alterations or the Part Appears to be Damaged or Used in Any Manner.
Claim for RETURN / REPLACEMENT / REFUND: Claims MUST be submitted within 5 days of order receipt. Please inspect all orders for damage and/or errors upon initial receipt. For freight and truck deliveries, packages must be inspected at time of delivery with truck driver present; Damages must be noted on the bill of lading. By signing for and receiving the delivery you are certifying you have inspected and notated any damages, or the items have otherwise been delivered in good condition. Ameratrail is not responsible for damage incurred in the shipping process. If the outside of the box is not visibly damaged but contents are damaged, please send photos of damaged items.
